It was the first step of an all-Italian journey when, exactly twenty years ago, the first shoe came out of our factories. It wasn’t just a product: it was a vision, an idea of innovation, quality, and safety that would change the way people experience work.

Since then, U-Power has grown, evolving day by day, without ever losing what makes it unique: a passion for excellence and the courage to look beyond. A journey guided by the intuition and the genius of our President, Franco Uzzeni, who turned a dream into a solid reality, recognized and appreciated all over the world.

In these twenty years, we have built much more than shoes. We have built trust. We have supported millions of people in their daily lives, in their efforts, in their achievements. We have protected workers, innovated for those who never stop, and created value for those who believe in us.

Every step we have taken has been possible thanks to a community of extraordinary people. Women and men who, with dedication and expertise, have helped write this story and continue to do so every day, with the same enthusiasm as day one.

Today we celebrate an important anniversary, but we look ahead. Because our journey doesn’t stop here: it continues with the same energy, the same vision, and the same drive to innovate.
