Pongee Nylon is a highly technical fabric that is used in high-end garments to ensure greater durability due to its special resistance to wear and tear. In the brushed finish (brush) version, we obtain a soft yet durable fabric.

The soft shell consists of 3 different overlapping layers to create a unique fabric combination: water-repellent outer polyester, a waterproof, breathable and windproof TPU membrane, and a soft microfleece on the inside. Soft shell garments are ideal for use at work but also for leisure.

The 3-layer technical fabric is waterproof and breathable. It provides protection from wind, rain and snow, while at the same time allowing body moisture to be transported to the outside. This fabric consists of a polyester outer, a TPU membrane and a polyester mesh lining on the inside. Our technology keeps the body dry, warm and safe in all weather conditions.

Nylon Ripstop is manufactured using a reinforcement technique that makes the fabric resistant to tearing and wear and tear. During weaving, reinforcement threads are inserted at regular intervals that reproduce a typical grid pattern. This fabric ensures adequate strength for workwear.

The exceptional breathable properties of the polypropylene fibre together with the specific structure of the fabric favour a thermoregulating effect by keeping the skin dry. Natural bacteriostatic properties of the polypropylene fibre prevent the growth of fungi and mould by favouring an anti-odour effect. The high insulating power of the polypropylene fibre guarantees protection from the cold by favouring the conservation of energy in the form of body heat.
