Arona Futsal participates in "Cagliari no limits" with U‑Power

A bell initiative that of "Cagliari No Limits," a tournament dedicated to children with Down Syndrome, which involved several teams, including Ads Arona Futsal.

The tournament was held last June in Sardinia: Three days of tournament with a ben objective: social inclusion, fun and sport.
The event is already in its seventh edition.

It was January when the "Cagliari No Limits" tournament, dedicated to boys with Down Syndrome, intellectual, cognitive and relational disabilities, came to the attention of U-Power. Michela Uzzeni has long been in contact with the La Gazza Ladra of Orio and AGBD of Arona associations for the development of workshops dedicated to these special boys, and the Sardinian initiative immediately attracted attention.
Thanks to the help of many local clubs and private individuals, the necessary funds were raised to enable the boys to participate in the Tournament without having to incur any expenses.
On June 20, the team, consisting of eight boys, along with the coach and some volunteers took off for Cagliari. Three boys had never flown before and, for them, the experience was doubly exciting.
The tournament, which lasted three days, took place under the warm Sardinian sun with the participation of many associations and saw Ads Arona Fustal fourth in the standings out of 12 participating teams.
A wonderful initiative with one goal: inclusion, fun and sports.
