EUROPEAN REGULATIONS/STANDARDS AND CLASSIFICATION OF SAFETY SHOES

Work shoes are identified according to an alphanumeric code indicating the European safety regulations/standards they meet. Here are the characteristics of the main classifications:
SB Work shoes These are the basic safety shoes whose difference from a commonly used shoe is the addition of a steel-reinforced toe cap to protect toes from falling heavy objects and an oil-resistant sole.

• Work shoes S1/S1P

  
  

  In addition to toe protection, these shoes have a sole that is non-slip not only with regard to oils, but also to hydrocarbons. In addition, the heel area is structured to absorb shocks and thus protect against the effects of shocks. If a P also appears next to the S1 acronym, this means that a special anti-puncture footbed is also located inside the shoe.

ARIES, SAFETY RATED S3 SRC ESD SAFETY SHOES FROM THE RANGE/ASSORTMENT RED UP

Work shoes high, light and comfortable U-POWER's Red UP range/assortment, with natural tumbled nubuck leather upper, breathable, water-repellent, aluminum toe cap, anti-puncture, anti-slip and Basf's PU/PU High Rebound Elastopan outsole capable of returning more than 40% energy across the entire surface, SRC ESD.
