MATERIAL INNOVATION FOR SUPER-LIGHTWEIGHT WORK SHOES

Red Leve safety shoes are the lightest safety shoes in U-Power 's Red range and are the result of constant research into the development of materials that can guarantee high performance, protection and comfort, always in compliance with the parameters set by the European Regulation/standard.

Let's look in more detail at what new materials have made these work shoes lighter.

ULTRALIGHT SOLE AND TREAD

Innovative BASF sole with a new generation PU compound: lightweight, anti-abrasion, anti-slip and anti-static.
A high-performance material that provides the same performance as standard material but with a significant weight reduction.

The footwear is, therefore, significantly lightened while maintaining all the safety and protection features.

SAVE & FLEX AIR

New totally textile and "Metal Free" extra light Puncture resistance system.

It consists of an ultra-lightweight anti-puncture textile footbed made from a needle-punched felt fabric that makes it lighter than the traditional textile insole and ensures 100% protection over the entire sole of the foot.

U-POWER ORIGINAL INSOLE COVER

A new generation anatomical footbed that is super lightweight and extremely comfortable.
The insole is made of a special, very lightweight polyurethane compound with a conductive cloth consisting of stainless steel wires.

The result is a highly breathable, soft and comfortable footbed cover that helps make the footwear lighter.

RED LEVE: THE LIGHTEST SAFETY SHOES LINE IN THE U-POWER RANGE

The Red Leve range/assortment consists of 15 styles customized with a sole pantograph with U-Power lettering and characteristic "lion's head," in single or double color.

13 low and 2 high styles in safety rating from S1P SRC ESD, suitable for warmer season or for those who work mainly indoors, up to S3 SRC CI ESD. The "CI" acronym indicates a special cold protection of the sole and makes these styles more suitable for fall/winter season or wet work environment.

Let's take a closer look at the styles:

LOW-TOP WORK SHOES

Let's start with the styles of lightweight safety rated S1P SRC ESD safety shoes with breathable nylon upper and toe protection with anti-abrasion film:

• BRUCE - with black upper, orange details and dual-color pantograph;




• FRANK - same features as BRUCE but with yellow details;




• MIKE - two-tone effect work shoes with gray upper and abrasion-resistant film on the toe in black; green details and dual-color sole pantograph;




• ADAM - two-tone gray and black effect shoe style with single-color sole pantography;




• ROBIN - with two-tone effect upper with yellow details and anti-abrasion film on the toe in black; dual-color sole pantography;




• MICHELLE - the style dedicated to the female audience with fuchsia details and bi-color pantography on the sole. Anti-abrasion film on the tonal toe;




• SCOTT - single-color effect upper with gray details and single-color pantography.

One style - TONY - with ultra-breathable Airnet upper and soft suede leather that we will see in more detail later.

Let's now look at the S3 SRC CI ESD safety rating styles with high tenacity, water-repellent, breathable Putek uppers and toe protection with anti-abrasion film:

• PETER - Two-color panto, black upper and orange details;




• STEVE - Same features as previous style but with green details;




• LOGAN - Upper with gray details, anti-abrasion film on the toe and single-color pantography on the sole;




• MATT - Dual-color pantography on the sole, black upper and yellow details.

The S3 SRC CI ESD safety rating style BEN features a water-repellent microfiber upper with Nubuck effect and is ideal for wet and outdoor environments.

HIGH WORK SHOES

And finally, two tall styles, both with water-repellent uppers:

• JOE - Putek Star upper, toe protection with anti-abrasion fil and yellow detailing. Two-color sole panto;




• PARKER - Single-color panto and soft microfiber upper with Nubuck effect.

All styles are numbered from #35 to #48, except for the MICHELLE style which goes up to #42.

TONY: ULTRA-LIGHT AND ULTRA-BREATHABLE SAFETY SHOES FOR SUMMER

Let's now look at the lightest and most breathable safety shoe in the range, the TONY style.

The ultra-cool Airnet ultra -breathable and soft suede upper ensures maximum freshness, lightness and air recirculation. This work shoes mounts a light-colored sole with bi-color pantography. Yellow laces and details, super-breathable WingTex air tunnel lining and aritoe® Aluminium toe cap with breathable membrane for toe protection.

Non-slip work shoes with anti-oil, anti-abrasion and anti-static outsole. Innovative Save & Flex Air Puncture resistance system for protection of the sole of the foot and U-Power Original comfortable and lightweight inner footbed.

TONY is the lightweight safety rated S1P SRC ESD safety shoe ideal for use in dry environment and especially for transportation and logistics, warehouse workers, craftsmen, electricians and carpenters.
