Hand size may vary slightly depending on temperature or activity, so it is advisable to take the measurement at a relaxed time. How? Follow these steps:

1. Hold your hand open but relaxed, without squeezing.

2. Wrap a tape measure around your palm, at the height of the knuckles (excluding the thumb), to measure the circumference.

3. Then measure the length of the hand: from the wrist to the tip of the middle finger, using a ruler or rigid tape measure.

4. Repeat both measurements for each hand and consider the larger values.

5. Compare the measurements with the size chart below to find the most suitable glove.
