For the third consecutive year, the event starts again from Gallarate, with a crucial appointment in Piazza della Libertà on Saturday, May 10 and Sunday, May 11.

The event, strongly supported by the municipal administration of Gallarate, the Lilt Varesina section and also made possible thanks to the valuable support of U-Power, Arbiter and Gallidabino, represents a concrete and accessible opportunity for women's health. The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Saturday morning at 11 a.m., in the presence of local authorities, doctors and volunteers, marking the beginning of a tour that will extend throughout the year, touching several locations still to be defined.

The 2025 edition of "SENOLOGY AT THE CENTER" introduces an important logistical innovation: a state-of-the-art mobile clinic. This compact facility on four wheels is designed to reach even the smallest towns and neighborhoods of large cities, breaking down geographic barriers and making free examinations truly "at your doorstep."

The new mobile unit is a true traveling clinic of about 15 square meters, equipped with an ultrasound scanner, mammogram with tomosynthesis, and a workstation for immediate referral. The two separate entrances ensure an orderly flow and optimal accessibility even for people with mobility impairments.

The services offered by "SENOLOGY at the Center"-free breast examinations, ultrasounds, and mammograms-are particularly aimed at two population groups often excluded from public health screening programs: women up to age 44 and those over 74.
