Matteo D'Errico, Italy Sales Director of U-Power, talks about himself in aninterview with IFERR Magazine and explains the reasons for the success achieved by the Brand in the work shoes and workwear sector.
There are five ingredients that make U-Power the Italian and European market leader in safety footwear, three of which are related to the product: technology, comfort and design.
In fact, U-Power's safety shoes and work clothes are the result of constant Research & Development that has been further intensified since 2017.
The fourth ingredient is the company's ability to approach the retail market and the recognized importance of points of sale. A strategy of continually expanding network growth that now has more than 1,500 Red Lion Points.
Finally, the fifth ingredient, is a winning communication using exceptional testimonials including the historical presence of Diletta Leotta, the well-known international actor Gerard Butler and, starting in June, Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc who presents U-Power's two new business units: work gloves and protective helmets.
The new lines of gloves and helmets complement the already wide range offered to the public and will also be presented during upcoming fieras and B2B events.
