U‑Power meets the future: students from 24-hour Business School present innovative projects

A day of exchange and creativity with young talent engaged in developing strategies to make the most of the brand's sports partnerships

It was a day of innovation and constructive discussion at U-Power on Friday, April 11. We opened our doors to students from the 24ORE Business School, offering them an immersion into the beating heart of our company and inspiring them to apply their creativity to the future of our brand's sports marketing.


The visit was structured in two key moments. Initially, the students had the opportunity to participate in a guided tour through our corporate spaces and U-Power logistics, touching first-hand the organization and efficiency that set us apart. We believe it was a valuable opportunity for them to fully understand our reality and the values that guide U-Power.


Next, the focus shifted to the presentation of the work created by the students. Divided into six groups, these young talents responded to a detailed brief focused on the strategic use of sports and, in particular, soccer properties as media for our brand.


The brief, which saw them in the shoes of our marketing team, asked them crucial questions for the future development of our corporate communications.





The students' presentations offered original and innovative insights, demonstrating a deep understanding of the dynamics of sports marketing and a remarkable ability to analyze and make proposals. This meeting was an important opportunity for us at U-Power to engage with the new generation and fresh, creative approaches to marketing.


It was a moment of great value for U-Power. The energy and ideas that these young people brought were stimulating and offered us new perspectives on how to continue to grow and communicate our values through sports. For this reason, we want to thank Professor Andrea Bertini for accompanying his students in this experience.


This initiative testifies to our commitment to creating synergies with the world of education and investing in the talent of young people, opening the doors of our company and offering them a concrete opportunity to put their skills into practice and confront real business dynamics. We believe it was a meaningful educational experience for the students and for us an opportunity for enrichment, projected toward a future of growth and increasingly effective and innovative communication.
