Reinventing the future of work: U‑Power and Milan Polytechnic's Fashion Tech Master's program issue a challenge to young designers

U-Power, which has always been at the forefront of innovation and research into solutions for worker comfort and safety, hosted students from the Fashion Tech Polidesign Politecnico di Milano master's program.

A new chapter opens for the world of work! Students were invited to participate in a unique workshop sponsored by U-Power. The goal? To reinvent an icon of the world of work, the Point footwear, transforming it into a Point.2.0. But that's not all: students will be asked to design an entire work outfit, consisting of a jacket, fleece and pants, that combines performance, sustainability and a touch of streetwear, playing with innovative fits and volumes.

This project represents a unique opportunity for the students, who will have the chance to put their knowledge into practice and confront the challenges of the contemporary world of work. U-Power, which has always been attentive to issues of sustainability and innovation, has decided to invest in this project to stimulate the creativity of young people and to develop increasingly high-performance and environmentally friendly products.
