ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The U-Power Group is committed to working to contain and reduce the environmental impact of its activities, with the aim of providing customers and the market with products whose quality is also synonymous with respect for and responsibility towards the environment. The Group's top management therefore places respect for the environment and the prevention of pollution as the founding values of the U-Power business style. For this reason, the Group has adopted an Environmental Management System for its production facilities in Tunisia in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.

In order to pursue these objectives, the Group is committed to:

• Meet the requirements arising from applicable legislation, internal regulations and any other commitments entered into by the Group;

• Continuously improve its environmental performance as well as the effectiveness of its environmental management system;

• Reduce its environmental impacts, particularly with regard to materials used, waste management, energy consumption and related greenhouse gas emissions, with the implementation of best practices in product development and production phases and the best available technologies;

• Continuously monitor environmental risks and performance by communicating them in a transparent and timely manner to its stakeholders through sustainability reporting;

• Establish environmental awareness and training programs for staff at all levels that include the dissemination of environmental culture;

• Identify and disseminate within the Group specific improvement objectives and related implementation programs.

This Environmental Policy applies to U-Power Group S.p.A. and all fully consolidated companies and is available on the Group's website for communication to interested parties.

U-Power Group is committed to implement, Communicate and disseminate the Environmental Policy to all its employees and people working on behalf of the Group as well as to review its contents every three years to ascertain its continued suitability.

Management, therefore, being aware of the importance and strategic value arising from the realization of these objectives, has identified an Environmental Manager who reports directly to Management for the implementation and maintenance of Action Plans and initiatives aimed at implementing this Policy.
